Our Guidelines and Policy

What we promise

Our determination is to recommend the right product that will fit your needs and also to provide the best quality install possible as we believe that good business comes from happy clients and is built on trust.

We promise to be upfront about our pricing and quotes as well as what you can expect from various film products and the installation process.

We also promise to show respect for every individual and also your property. Trust is a hard quality to come by these days which is why we want to ease that stress by being fully insured as well as having police clearances.

How you can help and our payment policy

To help us provide an accurate quote, you can provide us with information on how many windows you would like to get treated, what the access is like to the windows (are there stairs or structural obstacles) and is there any existing film that needs to be removed.

You can also help us by moving furniture out of the way (1m away from windows is most helpful) on the day on installation. Of course we are insured, but as those that own the property are most familiar with your own belongings, it is preferred that you have furniture moved so that we can focus on doing the tinting.

In regards to our payment policy, on approval of the quote, we will ask for a 40% deposit to help cover the costs of material and to secure the booking of the installation. The remaining 60% will be requested upon completion of the installation.

Payments that are not received within 14 days of the installation date will incur a late payment fee of 5%. Payments not received within 30 days of the installation date will incur a further 10% fee.

What to expect

You can expect us to provide the right product and to do the install to the standard of 'The International Window Film Association'. While this means that there is a minimum level of quality that is acceptable, please remember that we are a family owned business that takes great pride in its work. Therefore we endeavour to go beyond the 'bare minimum' and strive to deliver an exceptional install wherever possible. That being said, it is impossible to get a perfectly dust free result when it comes to window tinting simply due to the very nature of dust. It's in the air constantly and it simply cannot be altogether eliminated. Some minor specs are to be expected and are not considered to be a fault. Remember that the idea behind tinting is to reduce light and heat, block UV rays, enhance privacy, provide added security (security films) and improve aesthetics. Consider that whenever looking through a window, you typically will stand at least 1 to 2 metres away and that is usually a fair place to examine for any faults. Faults that are found as a result of examining the glass from only a few centimetres away will not be considered to be a genuine fault.

As mentioned in our 'What we promise' section, we will always provide upfront information in the quoting stage so that you are fully informed of what to expect, not only in procedure but also in outcome.

Our installations come with a lifetime warranty. Products used for Residential also come with a lifetime warranty. Products used for Commercial purposes will come with a 10 year warranty.

Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like as we want to make sure you feel comfortable and fully informed.
